What are your duties in this role?

  • Oversee day-to-day office activities as main point of contact in reception area
  • Provide direct administrative support as needed
  • Provide administrative support to CEO and Management Team

If you know about yourself that you have:

  • Excellent communication and networking skills
  • Good command of Romanian, Russian and English language, both written and verbal
  • Strong organisational, time-management and people skills
  • High degree of flexibility and excellent multitasking ability
  • Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
