What do we expect from you?
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in Data Warehouse design, development, and administration
- Experience in coordinating large-scale data projects, ideally within financial services or microfinance
- Expertise in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and SQL
- Experience with MSSQL based OLTP systems
- In-depth knowledge of ETL processes, data modeling, and database architecture
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong cross-functionally collaboration skills and ability to foster a cooperative work environment

Your responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of a scalable Data Warehouse architecture that aligns with business needs
- Oversee daily data flow, ensuring data quality, consistency, integrity, and proper handling of historical data
- Gather and document reporting requirements from various departments to ensure data accuracy
- Oversee the security, performance, and availability of the Data Warehouse for analytics purposes
- Integrate BI tools (e.g., Power BI) with the Data Warehouse to enable self-service reporting and create interactive dashboards for informed decision-making
- Create interactive dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights for decision-making
- Promote cross-department collaboration on data-driven projects and foster a culture of data-driven decision-making through training and support.
