What do we expect from you?
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field
- Experience or internships in ESG, sustainability, or corporate responsibility (a plus but not mandatory)
- Basic understanding of ESG concepts and standards (training will be provided)
- Experience in process and project management
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English
- Proficiency in creating and delivering effective PowerPoint presentations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Your responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the company’s ESG strategy, aligned with organizational goals and values
- Monitor and report on ESG performance
- Identify and assess ESG risks and opportunities, and propose measures to address them
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate ESG practices
- Ensure compliance with ESG regulations and standards
- Communicate ESG initiatives to stakeholders
- Prepare ESG reports, presentations, and documentation
