To make a payment from the Microinvest app via MIA Instant Payments
FOLLOW THE STEPS BELOW
- Open the Microinvest app on your phone.
- Go to the “My Credit” section and press the “Pay” button.
- Choose the payment method MIA Pay with card in MDL. You will be redirected to the MIA page, where you select the bank through which you want to make the payment.
- Confirm the payment in the selected bank’s app.

To pay at cash desks or terminals in Microinvest offices
FOLLOW THESE STEPS BELOW
- Enter the borrower’s IDNP
- Enter the borrower’s phone number
*If you are paying for someone else, you must also enter your own IDNP and phone number to confirm via OTP code. - Enter the OTP code received
- Select the loan
- Make the payment and keep the receipt

- Select “Financial Services”
- Select “Microinvest”
- Enter the borrower’s IDNP and phone number
*If paying for another person, also enter your own IDNP and phone number for OTP confirmation. - Enter the OTP code received
- Select the loan
- Make the payment and keep the receipt

- Present your identity card
- Provide the phone number
*If paying for another person, you must also provide their IDNP. - Confirm the payment via OTP code

- Select the loan (if you have more than one)
- Make the payment and keep the receipt
*Only payments on own loans are accepted.

Pay at the bank
By choosing one of the following ways:
- By bank transfer in local currency, from your Internet Banking account to Microinvest’s (the option is available at all banks). See the procedure here.
- At the bank cash desk by selecting Microinvest from the list of service providers. (the option is available in the following banks: Victoriabank, MAIB).
- Through Internet Banking (the option is available in the following banks: Victoriabank, Moldindconbank, MAIB).
Check the bank commission before making the payment.
