Dumitru is responsible for coordinating Microinvest’s executive operations and strategic development, overseeing the Human Resources, Legal and Compliance divisions. He actively contributes to strengthening the company and developing an efficient organizational framework focused on sustainable growth and performance.

He has been part of the Microinvest team since June 2015 and has extensive experience in the financial and banking sector, as well as organizational management. 

Previously, Dumitru worked for 14 years at ProCredit Bank, where he gained expertise in management and organizational development. 

Rodica is responsible for coordinating risk management activities at Microinvest, overseeing credit risk monitoring processes, retail and business underwriting, as well as operational risks and AML compliance. She actively contributes to the development and strengthening of the company’s risk management and control framework. 

She has been part of the Microinvest team since January 2017 and has extensive experience in the financial and banking sector. 

Previously, Rodica worked for 12 years at ProCredit Bank, where she gained expertise in risk management and lending processes. 

Iulia is responsible for coordinating financial activities at Microinvest, overseeing financial planning and analysis, accounting and reporting, financial risk management, fundraising, as well as ESG initiatives. She actively contributes to strengthening the company’s financial framework and supporting its sustainable development. 

She has been part of the Microinvest team since March 2026 and has extensive experience in the financial and audit sectors. 

Previously, Iulia worked for 4 years at maib, as part of the Finance Division and for over 7 years at KPMG Moldova and Romania, where she gained solid expertise in the financial field. She is a member of ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants). 

Serghei is responsible for coordinating business activities and developing the Business and Retail loan portfolio at Microinvest, overseeing the branch network, call center and marketing activities. He actively contributes to strengthening client relationships and supporting the company’s growth. 

He has been part of the Microinvest team since August 2017 and has extensive experience in the financial and banking sector, as well as business development. 

Previously, Serghei worked for 4 years at ProCredit Bank, where he gained expertise in lending and client relationship management. 

Andrei is responsible for coordinating operational activities and developing Microinvest’s operational infrastructure, overseeing IT, digitalization, administration and debt recovery processes. He actively contributes to optimizing internal processes and implementing solutions that support operational efficiency and the company’s development. 

He has been part of the Microinvest team since November 2022 and has extensive experience in the financial and banking sector, as well as operational management. 

Previously, Andrei worked for 3 years at AccessBank, 5 years at I.D. Inspiring Development, 2 years at Microinvest, and 11 years at ProCredit Bank, where he gained expertise in operational management.
