How to pay the loan?
Via MIA, in the app or on the website
The service is free of charge.
- Go to the “Pay the loan” page on the website or “My Loan” in the app
- In the app, tap “Pay” and select MIA as the payment method
- On the website, enter the required details and click “Continue.” At the next step, select MIA as the payment method
- You will be redirected to the MIA page, where you can select the bank you want to use for the payment
- Confirm the payment in the selected bank’s app
At cash desks or terminals in Microinvest offices
The service is free of charge.
- Enter the borrower’s IDNP
- Enter the borrower’s phone number
*If you are paying for someone else, you must also enter your own IDNP and phone number to confirm via OTP code.
- Enter the OTP code received
- Select the loan you want to repay
- Make the payment and keep the receipt
Via Bpay, Qiwi and Paynet terminals
1% commission is charged
- Select "Financial Services" and "Microinvest"
- Enter the borrower’s IDNP and phone number
*If paying for another person, also enter your own IDNP and phone number for OTP confirmation.
- Enter the OTP code received
- Select the loan you want to repay
- Make the payment and keep the receipt
At payment agents Bpay, Qiwi and Paynet
Check the commission before making the payment.
- Provide or enter the requested personal details
- Provide or enter your phone number, if required
*If paying for another person, you must provide their IDNP.
- Confirm the payment via OTP code
- Provide or enter the loan number
- Make the payment and keep the receipt
At Posta Moldovei offices
MDL 8 commission is charged
- Present your ID card
- Select the loan you want to pay
- Make the payment and keep the receipt
* Only payments on own loans are accepted.
Online payment
A commission is charged.
You can repay your loan online, via the Microinvest website, in the app, or through our partners’ websites:
- Oplata.md – 3% fee, see payment steps
- Qiwi – 1% fee
- Bpay.md – 1.5% fee, see payment steps
- Paynet.md – 2% fee
Bank payment
Check the bank commission before making the payment.
You can choose one of the following methods:
- By bank transfer in local currency, from your Internet Banking account to Microinvest’s. The option is available at all banks. See the procedure here.
- At the bank cash desk by selecting Microinvest from the list of service providers. The option is available in the following banks: Victoriabank, MAIB.
- Through Internet Banking. The option is available in the following banks: Victoriabank, Moldindconbank, MAIB
