About the role
- Ensure compliance with applicable legislation on anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist financing (CTF);
- Participate in the development of internal policies and procedures related to AML and CTF compliance;
- Monitor and ensure compliance with internal AML and CTF regulations and procedures;
- Prepare and submit periodic reports to the relevant regulatory authorities;
- Participate in delivering AML and CTF training to company employees.
Expectations
- At least 1 year of experience in the financial or banking sector, working in departments responsible for ensuring compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist financing (CTF) legislation;
- Strong knowledge of the legal and regulatory framework governing the activities of non-bank credit organizations, particularly in the areas of AML and CTF compliance;
- High standards of professional ethics and integrity;
- Proficiency in Romanian and Russian; knowledge of English will be considered an advantage.
