At Microinvest, we are looking for a Business Development Manager who aims for more than sales — someone focused on sustainable business growth. We seek a strategic thinker who understands the market and acts with confidence and initiative.
About the role
- Manage and develop the existing partner portfolio;
- Identify and attract new strategic partners;
- Negotiate commercial terms and build long-term partnerships;
- Analyze portfolio performance and identify growth opportunities;
- Conduct regular partner meetings (primarily field-based activity);
- Promote company products and strengthen market presence;
- Collect market feedback and propose process improvements;
- Monitor competitors and analyze market trends;
- Initiate and implement business development projects;
- Achieve established performance targets (KPIs).
Expectations
- You have experience in B2B sales, partnership development, or account management;
- You possess strong communication and negotiation skills;
- You are results-oriented and comfortable working with clear targets;
- You think strategically and understand market dynamics;
- You are fluent in Romanian and Russian;
- You hold a valid Category B driving license;
- You enjoy fieldwork and direct interaction with partners.
- Experience in the financial sector is considered an advantage.
