At Microinvest, we are looking for a colleague for the role of Debt Recovery Specialist, someone who will manage relationships with clients with overdue payments and contribute to identifying amicable, responsible, and effective solutions.

About the role
- You will contact clients with overdue payments by phone and identify amicable repayment solutions;
- You will negotiate payment terms and follow up on the commitments made;
- You will manage your assigned portfolio on a daily basis and monitor the progress of each case;
- You will accurately record the conversations held and update relevant information in the system;
- You will prepare clear reports and records regarding debt recovery activity.
Expectations
- Excellent communication, active listening, and negotiation skills;
- Empathy, emotional balance, and the ability to manage difficult conversations;
- Logical thinking, attention to detail, and a solution-oriented mindset;
- Perseverance, organization, and responsibility in following up on commitments;
- Advanced knowledge of Romanian and Russian;
- Completed or ongoing higher education (a background in economics or law is an advantage);
- Willingness to learn and openness to feedback. Experience in a similar role may be an advantage. However, for us, the right attitude, seriousness, and a genuine desire for professional growth matter just as much.
