About the role
- Participate in internal audit assignments across key processes: lending, operations, compliance;
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify risks and control gaps;
- Interact with operational teams to understand how processes work in practice, not only on paper;
- Document clear findings and prepare actionable recommendations;
- Follow up on the implementation of agreed actions and their real impact;
- Contribute to reports for the Audit Committee and senior management;
- Collaborate across departments, building relationships based on trust, not control.
Expectations
- At least 1 year of experience in audit, finance, accounting, or internal control;
- Understanding of how an organization works and how decisions are made;
- Strong analytical thinking and comfort working with financial data;
- Ability to extract meaningful insights from large volumes of information;
- Natural curiosity and a mindset of asking: “what could go wrong?”;
- Strong communication skills and ability to build trust across the organization;
- Adaptability and ability to work with different teams and processes;
- Initiative, attention to detail, and a risk-oriented mindset.
