About the role
- As a Loan Officer, you will present our financial products for business clients.
- You will communicate directly with entrepreneurs and contribute to the development of their businesses.
- You will negotiate and adapt financial offers according to each client’s needs.
- You will evaluate the financial situation, risks and opportunities of each business.
- You will actively participate in the Credit Committee and make financing decisions.
Expectations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Logical thinking, analytical mind and attention to detail.
- Real desire to learn and develop professionally.
- Fluent knowledge of Romanian and Russian.
- Higher education (in progress or completed)
