What your role will look like:

You will interact directly with clients and provide a clear, professional, and friendly experience;
You will identify their needs and help them access suitable lending solutions;
You will manage the credit analysis and approval process accurately and responsibly;
You will actively contribute to portfolio growth through sales, trusted relationships, and a strong understanding of clients’ needs;
You will work in a structured environment, with clear processes, team support, and the guidance you need to learn quickly and grow in your role.

What we are looking for:

Good communication skills in Romanian and Russian;
Logical thinking, strong observation skills, and attention to detail;
A genuine willingness to learn, grow, and build more than just a job;
Completed or ongoing studies in economics, administration, or finance;
