We are looking for an AI/ML Engineer who combines technical skills with a solid understanding of business processes to develop secure, scalable AI solutions that integrate seamlessly into the company's operations.
About the role
- Identify and analyze opportunities to use artificial intelligence and machine learning in company processes.
- Design, test, and implement AI solutions based on LLMs, RAG, virtual assistants, and AI agents.
- Primarily use cloud platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and OpenAI services for AI solution development.
- Integrate AI solutions with internal applications, databases, and systems via APIs.
- Participate in the development of AI projects from ideation and MVP to production deployment and usage.
- Analyze and prepare data required for machine learning model development using SQL and Python.
- Develop and test machine learning models for prediction, classification, scoring, and identifying business-relevant patterns.
- Evaluate the accuracy and performance of AI and ML solutions and propose adjustments to improve them.
- Collaborate with Business, IT, Data, Risk, and Compliance teams to define requirements and implement solutions.
- Track the evolution of AI and ML technologies and evaluate tools relevant to the company.
Expectations
- Practical experience in developing or implementing AI and/or machine learning solutions.
- Knowledge of LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and cloud AI platforms.
- Good proficiency in SQL and Python.
- The ability to understand company processes and data and translate them into actionable AI/ML solutions.
- Experience with Azure AI, Microsoft Copilot Studio, or local models is an advantage.
Experience in the financial sector, process automation, document processing, NLP, MLOps, cloud services, or working with platforms like Azure AI, AWS, Google Cloud, or OpenAI is a plus.
