At Microinvest, we are looking for a Business Credit Analyst who wants more than checks and formalities. We need a professional with strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to turn financial data into well-grounded, responsible decisions.
About the role
- Review business client applications and assess eligibility for financing;
- Evaluate repayment capacity, risks, and the sustainability of each business;
- Provide well-supported conclusions and recommendations for decision-making;
- Actively contribute to decisions within the Credit Committee;
- Ensure both quality and speed of the analysis process, in line with internal standards;
- Collaborate with commercial teams to clarify and complete the required information.
Expectations
- Have strong analytical and logical thinking, with great attention to detail;
- Hold a degree in Economics/Finance or a related field;
- Have experience in a bank or NBFI/MFI (a strong advantage);
- Communicate clearly and can support your conclusions with data and facts;
- Knowledge of Russian and/or English is an advantage;
- Are responsible, quality-driven, and motivated to grow professionally.
