We are expanding our Marketing team and are looking for a Web & Graphic Designer to help us develop and implement a modern, functional, and consistent design philosophy for our digital products and channels.If you enjoy turning ideas into memorable and effective visual experiences and want to contribute to building a strong brand, we invite you to join our team.
About the role
- Create graphic materials for online and offline marketing campaigns.
- Develop visual concepts and graphic identities for various company projects and initiatives.
- Contribute to developing and maintaining a consistent visual experience across the website, app, and other digital platforms.
- Collaborate with the Marketing, IT, and Business teams to translate business requirements into effective visual solutions.
- Contribute to developing the design principles and visual standards of the Microinvest brand.
Expectations
- Experience in graphic design and web design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Figma; knowledge of Corel is a plus.
- Understanding of UI/UX principles and intuitive digital experiences.
- A relevant portfolio demonstrating creativity, attention to detail, and variety across projects.
- Knowledge of branding and consistent visual identity.
- Organisation, proactivity, and a results-oriented mindset.
