About the role
What you will do during the internship:
- Learn how the lending process works: from the first client interaction to application analysis and decision-making;
- Work with real tools and receive consistent feedback from your mentors;
- Join training sessions and practical workshops to connect theory with real-life practice;
- Become part of a team and understand the internal processes of a modern financial company.
Expectations
Available internship areas:
- Branch Network (Retail Credit Consultant / Credit Expert) — direct client interaction, understanding client needs, preparing offers, and learning the basics of analysis;
- Credit Risk — learn how financial risks are assessed and how responsible decisions are made.
About us
This internship is a good fit if you:
- Are a college student or a Bachelor’s student (3rd–4th year) or a Master’s student;
- Are looking for real practical experience in a stable, modern company;
- Enjoy communicating, learning, and being actively involved;
- Speak Romanian and Russian fluently (English is an advantage);
- Have an analytical mindset and attention to detail.
