About the role
- You will provide legal support to management and internal departments on matters related to the company’s activities;
- You will draft, review, and approve contracts, corporate documents, responses, and other legal documentation;
- You will provide legal assistance in the lending process, including contracts, collateral, and related documentation;
- You will identify legal and compliance risks and propose practical solutions for their management;
- You will participate in the development and updating of internal policies and regulations, including in the context of changes in the regulatory framework;
- You will represent the company in relations with public authorities and in court proceedings.
Expectations
- You hold a higher education degree in Law;
- You have at least 2 years of experience in the legal field; experience in the financial, banking, or non-banking sector is an advantage;
- You have strong knowledge of civil and corporate law, as well as experience in drafting and reviewing contracts;
- You demonstrate analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a solution-oriented approach;
- You communicate clearly and demonstrate responsibility and professional integrity;
- You are fluent in Romanian and Russian; knowledge of English is considered an advantage.
