Microinvest is looking for a Middle SQL Specialist who wants more than just building reports. We want a critical-thinking partner — an analyst who can spot risks, opportunities, and solutions at a glance.
About the role
- Write SQL queries to extract and transform data from multiple sources, especially 1C;
- Prepare and validate datasets for analysis, reporting, and business decision-making;
- Participate in DWH development (Bronze-Silver-Gold): loading, transformation, performance optimisation, and documentation (data catalog, KPI definitions).
- Integrate and transform data from databases, APIs, and CSV/Excel files;
- Collaborate closely with analysts and business stakeholders to understand calculation logic and ensure consistency across reports (Power BI semantic model, DAX measures, RLS if needed).
Expectations
- Strong knowledge of SQL: CTEs, subqueries, window functions, aggregations, optimization (basic indexing, execution plans, duplicate handling);
- Experience with Power BI: data modeling (star schema), basic/intermediate DAX, report publishing and maintenance;
- Experience working with multiple data sources: 1C, Excel/CSV, APIs, external databases;
- Ability to understand, clean, and optimize SQL code written by others;
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar role (SQL, Power BI, data analysis, reporting). Would be a strong advantage:
- Experience with DWH architecture (Bronze–Silver–Gold) and data marts (fact/dimension models, snapshots);
- Understanding of financial business processes: lending, risk, retail, collections;
- Knowledge of Python (ETL, automation, data quality checks);
- Familiarity with 1C architecture and logic of registers/documents.
