At Microinvest, we develop financial solutions that simplify the lives of people and local entrepreneurs. We are currently looking for a 1C Developer who will contribute to the development of internal systems and the automation of the company’s essential processes.
About the role
- You will maintain and adapt the existing 1C configuration according to the company’s needs, using modern development practices;
- You will develop new documents, reports, and processing tools, contributing to the automation of accounting, managerial, and operational processes;
- You will improve existing modules and develop new functionalities on the 1C 8 platform;
- You will build integrations between the 1C system and external services, including through APIs and web services;
- You will work closely with the IT team and internal departments to deliver efficient, stable, and scalable solutions.
Expectations
- At least 3 years of experience in development on the 1C 8 platform;
- Experience in developing documents, reports, processing tools, and integrating with external systems;
- Understanding of the principles of development, testing, and maintenance of 1C solutions;
- Basic knowledge of accounting is considered an advantage;
- Responsibility, autonomy, and a results-oriented mindset;
- The ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams;
- A genuine interest in new technologies and continuous professional development;
- Experience with integrations, version control, or DevOps practices is a plus.
