About the role
- Develop and manage the retail partner portfolio;
- Identify new partners and take part in negotiating and signing partnership agreements;
- Promote the company's offers to existing and potential partners;
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners;
- Contribute to optimizing collaboration processes and developing new commercial solutions;
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure partnerships are implemented effectively.
Expectations
- Strong communication and negotiation skills;
- Logical thinking, keen observation, and analytical ability;
- Experience or interest in sales, partnerships, or business development;
- Higher education (a background in economics is an advantage);
- Proficiency in Romanian and Russian;
- Category B driving license;
- Initiative, a results-driven mindset, and a desire for professional growth.
