The Induction program offered me unlimited possibilities thanks to the professionals who daily, for 3 months, trained us, sharing their own experience accumulated over the years. The concept of training is unique and interesting, it correctly separates the theoretical and practical parts. Due to the theory, I got a lot of knowledge that I use every day, working at Microinvest. The practical part gave me the opportunity to discover places in Moldova, I did not know about, to meet and talk with new and interesting people.
