Microinvest is the largest microcredit organization in Moldova. During the first half of 2018, the Company offered its clients loans in the amount of MDL 802.82 million, which represented 15.6% of the total loan portfolio of the MFOs. Compared to the same period last year, the Company’s loan portfolio increased by 52.2%.
According to the statistical data presented on June 30, 2018, Microinvest benefited from loans amount totaling MDL 864.95 million, an indicator denoting the high level of confidence from foreign and local investors.
At the same time, the Company registered the largest volume of assets – MDL 1 billion 050.78 million.
According to the data of the National Commission of the Financial Market, the total loan portfolio of the microfinance organizations (MFOs) during January-June 2018 constituted MDL 5.14 billion, exceeding the same indicator for the whole 2017 year (MDL 4.59 billion).
