How can I find out information about my credit status?

Information about your credit status can be found by calling 022 801 701, in the chat on the website, in Viber or Telegram or by accessing "My Account".

What is APR?

The annual percentage rate (APR) is the total cost of the loan and includes all costs associated with it: annual interest rate, insurance cost, application review fee, administrative fees (monthly or annual). It is important to know that APR is the most objective criterion for comparing loan offers from banks and non-bank credit institutions. How can I close the Credit Line in My Account early?

In order to early close the Credit Line in the Personal Account, you must:

  1. Click on the "My loans" button;
  2. Select the required number of the loan agreement;
  3. Click on the "Early repayment" button. It is only available if you have enough money in your account to pay the rate, interest and accrued fees, including the closing fee.
  4. A message will appear on the screen with the text: “Are you sure you want to make an early repayment?” If you click the “YES” button, the request will be sent.

How to check the status of transactions in the Personal Account?

To check the status of transactions in the Personal Account, you must click on the "Transaction History" button. You will be able to check the amount paid, the place where the payment was made, the status of payments and/or the amount withdrawn from the line of credit.

How can I withdraw money through My Account?

Withdrawing money through the Personal Account is possible only for the Credit Line product. You can withdraw money online by following these steps:

  1. Click on the "My loans" button, which displays a list of current loans;
  2. Choose the required number of the loan agreement;
  3. Click on the "Withdraw" button located on the right, specify the amount and select the payment method: through a bank or in cash, in the places provided for this:
  • when choosing the withdrawal method “through a bank”, the IBAN number specified in the loan agreement will be displayed, to which Microinvest will transfer the loan amount in case of approval;
  • when choosing the cash disbursement method, select a Microinvest office from the list, where you can receive the loan amount at the cash desk;
  1. Click the "Submit" button;
  2. A text message will appear on the screen: Thank you! The request was sent successfully. Keep track of the status of the request in the transaction history, which confirms that the request has been sent.

How to apply for a loan in the Personal Account?

To apply for a loan in your Personal Account:

  1. Click the "Apply" button
  2. Fill in all required fields in the form;
  3. Attach a photo of your ID card;
  4. Check the boxes to agree to the terms of the site, to access information about the credit history and the processing of personal data;
  5. Click the "Submit Application" button.

What should I do if I forgot my password?

If you have forgotten your password or think that it is no longer secure, you need to go through the steps to access your Personal account as a new user.

How to login to My Account if I am a current user?

To login to your Personal Account, you must:

  1. Go to the page;
  2. Press the "Personal Account" button and select "Client";
  3. Enter IDNP if you are an individual or IDNO if you are a legal entity;
  4. Enter a password;
  5. Press the login button.

How to login to My Account if I am a new user?

For the first login to the Personal Account, you must:

  1. Go to the page;
  2. Press the "Personal Account" button and select "Client";
  3. Enter IDNP if you are an individual or IDNO if you are a legal entity;
  4. Click on the "Get password" button;
  5. Enter your phone number;
  6. Enter the access password received via SMS in the appropriate field;

What is the difference between car loan and leasing?

When financing a car, the customer becomes the owner from the very beginning and repays the loan amount in monthly installments. In the case of leasing, you don’t own the car. What is a credit limit?

The credit limit is the maximum amount you can receive in a year. Any amount within the approved limit can be received within 2 hours. The credit limit allows you to save time and complete the necessary transactions at the right time.

What is the maximum amount for Business Loans without collateral?

The maximum amount that Microinvest offers without collateral for business clients is 2 000,000 MDL. What is the procedure to get a Business loan?

Initially, loan officer schedules a meeting with you and after a preliminary analysis, draws up an individual loan payment schedule and a list of required documents. After the documents are submitted, an application for a loan is made, the decision on which you will receive within a maximum of one day. The last step is signing the loan agreement and receiving the money. The entire procedure can take up to 2 business days.
