About the role
- You will actively participate in the Fraud Prevention Committee, presenting reports and ensuring the implementation of decisions;
- You will monitor the credit portfolio through on-site and remote checks in order to prevent suspicious behavior;
- You will conduct random client visits or visits based on internal risk alerts;
- You will analyze suspicions, investigate cases, and prepare clear, well-argued information notes;
- You will propose process optimizations to make fraud increasingly difficult to commit;
- You will collaborate with external authorities;
- You will participate in cash desk inventories, internal rule reviews, and cross-departmental projects.
Expectations
- You have higher education in economics or law;
- You have experience in lending, financial analysis, or internal control;
- You have advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
- You have strong analytical and planning skills;
- You have excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines;
- You demonstrate initiative, responsibility, and attention to detail;
- You have strong communication, persuasion, and mediation skills;
- You are fluent in Romanian and Russian (English is an advantage);
- You have strong professional ethics and resilience to stress.
