Analyze and plan

  • Identify company-wide training needs based on business objectives and operational challenges;
  • Develop training strategies and learning plans tailored to different teams and levels of expertise;
  • Prioritize learning initiatives based on their impact on performance and operational quality.
  • Design training programs, learning materials, and practical content that is clear and applicable;
  • Plan and coordinate training sessions, workshops, and practical learning activities;
  • Deliver engaging and relevant training programs aligned with business realities and colleagues’ needs;
  • Contribute to the development of employees across the network and business teams, especially in areas such as lending, customer relations, consultative sales, and the application of internal working standards.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and the progress of participants;
  • Monitor how knowledge is applied in daily work and provide constructive feedback;
  • Work closely with business departments and company management to align training initiatives with organizational goals;
  • Contribute directly to improving team performance, standardizing work practices, and fostering a culture of continuous learning within the company.
  • Have higher education and at least 5 years of experience in a relevant field such as lending, financial analysis, business operations, or professional training;
  • Have practical experience delivering training sessions, facilitating workshops, or supporting internal development programs;
  • Understand business processes and can transform operational information into clear, practical, and relevant learning content;
  • Have excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork skills;
  • Are able to adapt your message to different audiences and maintain participants’ engagement;
  • Demonstrate analytical thinking, initiative, and a results-oriented mindset;
  • Speak Romanian and Russian fluently; knowledge of English is an advantage;
  • Have the ability to motivate, guide, and develop colleagues through training, coaching, and feedback.
