Did you know that more than 50% of those who joined the Microinvest team in 2021 started their careers as students? We even have colleagues who, after studying at prestigious international universities, decided to return to Moldova and start their careers at Microinvest. Every year we make sure that graduates and students are full of ideas and give our Company new breath to keep up with the times. That’s why every year we strive to maintain existing and conclude new partnerships with the best specialized secondary schools and higher education institutions of our country.
This June, we entered into a long-awaited new partnership with MSU’s Department of Economic Sciences (DES), which educates thousands of talented students each year. Together with the dean, Ulyan Galina, and other faculty representatives, we signed a partnership agreement on June 28, 2021, to provide internships for DES students.
The partnership with the Faculty of Economic Sciences of Moldovan State University is aimed at strengthening fruitful cooperation between the parties to unlock the potential of students capable of generating innovative ideas. For us, this partnership means:
- New ideas for improving curricula and providing information about Microinvest’s financial activities to faculty students;
- Conducting internships in Microinvest offices;
- Organization of open days to get acquainted with the activities of the leading non-banking credit institution;
- Selection of the best students in their field of study for future employment;
- Establishing long-term and transparent partnerships.
