  • You will manage and resolve complaints, petitions, and customer requests received from clients;
  • You will analyze information and documents related to each case and identify appropriate solutions;
  • You will prepare and send responses to clients within established deadlines;
  • You will collaborate with internal departments to investigate and efficiently resolve requests;
  • You will monitor compliance with deadlines and quality standards related to the resolution process;
  • You will prepare periodic reports on activities and achieved results;
  • You will identify opportunities for improvement and propose optimizations to existing processes;
  • You will participate in updating internal procedures and regulations relevant to the area of activity;
  • You will ensure compliance with confidentiality principles and the protection of managed information.

  • You have secondary specialized or higher education;
  • You have strong analytical and information interpretation skills;
  • You are organized and able to effectively manage priorities and deadlines;
  • You have strong attention to detail and a high sense of responsibility;
  • You communicate clearly, professionally, and tactfully;
  • You are able to make well-reasoned decisions and handle difficult situations;
  • You have initiative and a solution-oriented mindset;
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office;
  • You are fluent in Romanian and Russian;
  • You enjoy working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in customer relations, complaints handling, or the financial sector is an advantage.
