About the role
- Interact with clients remotely;
- Ensure a fast and high-quality credit analysis process;
- Participate in credit decision-making;
- Collaborate with colleagues from other departments to promptly address client requests;
- Provide support and guidance to clients throughout the credit analysis and approval process;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of credit analysis and evaluation processes.
Expectations
- Have strong analytical and logical thinking, with great attention to detail;
- Are able to verify, evaluate, and analyze information effectively;
- Have strong communication and negotiation skills;
- Hold a higher education degree or specialized secondary education;
- Are fluent in Romanian and Russian;
- Knowledge of English is considered an advantage;
- Are responsible, well-organized, and results-oriented.
